What do these relays control?

while installing a oil cooler, i noticed some wires that were dry rotted and broken off from the relays, what do they control. Thanks

they are mounted right on the side of the radiator (power steering side)

I also see that the wire that's supposed to hook to your power steering switch is not hooked up. Probably missing the butt connector at the end of it too. (it's the wire that is coming up from the bundle going to the alternator and just dangling down by the radiator).

Edit: Nevermind I also see that you have pulled out your powersteering pump... disregard.
