Lights Flickering

So I've noticed my dash lights flickering when the blinker is on.

When I try to roll the window up/down, they dim until I release the button.

Has anyone had a similar issue, and if so what did you do to resolve it.

i have had two similar experiences, 1 was fixed by replacing the alternator, it checked good at oreilly, but i wasn't satisfied with there evaluation. i replaced it with an old OEM unit and problem fixed. the second time it was one of the fuses under the hood. i forget what one, but it causes the dash lights and tail lights to not operate. your problem could not be relate at all to what i had happen, but its a start.

Could also be a ground issue.

Would definitely look at all the grounds. Someone on here created a kit, but you can do it yourself. You most likely have the original grounds. 25 years of work and those grounds are way inefficient.

Marvinmadman installed multiple ground wires using 8ga wire, so I think the grounding is good.

I can take pics tonight for reference.

If those are underhood, that does not mean the grounds under the dash or in the doors are good...
