Here are some interesting write up on mitusbishi/ Chrysler infinity head unit systems. Apparently most of them were built by mitsubishi and thus shared a lot of components.

In case you ever attempted to fix your stock unit, the first one is the same unit that offered in 91 model:

91 double din with CD player

91-92 model probably have a similar unit like this one:

Chrysler infinity IIb

Looks like most of these will have issue with cassette loading mechanism.

There are a lot of info about these head units over there, worth taking a look at.

Sweet, I have the 91 head unit in my garage with the power amp. There were some buttons that didn't work (like volume down).

It didn't seem like this head unit came in a GVR4, and now I know there were from 3SI's.
