TPS issue

I just finished a round of mods to my car, and took it out today for a datalogging pass. At the 315 second point of my log, my TPS appears to get stuck at 99% even when I am off the throttle and I get very sporadic voltage from my front o2 sensor following this phenomenon, any thoughts on this? Is this as simple as just resetting my TPS or should I just go ahead and replace it?

I would replace it. The sensor must be binding up, and sticking at WOT.
