Wierd electrical issue

Yesterday at the track my car started acting up. the ignition switch is staying on the "ON" position but with the key on to "off" and not even in the cylinder. I unplugged the ignition harness under the dash but nothing. still stays ON.

Anyone ever have this problem?

Do you have a turbo timer/alarm/remote start system installed?

I have a turbo timer but already ripped off the ground but its still running after i pull out the key
