Hi all,
have a Cyclone intake manifold installed
ECU does not switch pin 53 and pin 57!
The ECU is faulty, or is there a different pinout order to control the solenoid valve.
My Galant 2.0 DOHC is a E39a 4WD, 4WS.
Have another E33 ECU (MD173635 (E2T36279)) as a substitute,
just do not know if this fits?
Please provide feedback, thank you

Only the jdm galant vr4 will have the ecu which switches the solenoids. You can check out the part numbers of the jdm ecus on here - click

You could also take a t25 Wastegate and with some fab work too the arm it would be vacume controlled instead of ecu controlled

Here is a recent thread on cyclone manifolds. It debunks the myth of using boost pressure to open the manifold and offers a few different methods to operate it properly.
